Types of Registration
There are two types of registration which are:
- Earlybird - Where registration with payment is received on or before 17th October 2008
- Standard - Where registration with payment is received after 17th October 2008
Full Registration
Full Registration per delegate includes the following:
- Admission to the Conference and Exhibition
- Lunches
- Morning and afternoon teas
- AES Welcome Drinks
- AIOH Welcome Dinner
- 3M Night
- Conference Dinner
- Proceedings and satchel
Registration does not include accommodation. You must indicate your accommodation requirements on the Registration Form.
Day Registration
Day Registration includes the following:
- Admission to the Conference and Exhibition for the nominated day
- Lunch
- Morning and afternoon tea
- Proceedings and satchel
Student & Retired AIOH Member Registration
Full time students who are not currently in paid employment and retired AIOH members are eligible for a reduced rate. Proof of student status must be provided at the time of registration.
Registration includes:
- Admission to the Conference and Exhibition
- Lunches
- Morning and afternoon teas
- AES Welcome Drinks
- AIOH Welcome Dinner (Retired Member's Only)
- Proceedings and satchel
Partner’s Program Registration
Registration includes:
- AES Welcome Drinks
- AIOH Welcome Dinner
- Conference Dinner
- Tours during the Conference Program highlighting WA
- Tours include morning and afternoon teas, lunches (when the program is a full day) and travel expenses
Registration does not include accommodation. You must indicate your accommodation requirements on the Registration Form.
Tickets for the other functions can be purchased separately.
Social Functions
For catering and staffing purposes, delegates must indicate on the registration form if they will be attending the social functions regardless of their level of registration.
Late Fee
Registrations received after 7th November 2008, will incur a late fee of $160 and accommodation booked after 1st November cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to Registration
All changes to registration and accommodation details must be forwarded to the AIOH Administrator in writing.
Payment Options
Payment must be made in AUD at time of registration by any of the following methods:
- Cheque - Cheques should be made payable to the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists
- Credit Cards & Charge Cards - The Institute will accept payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners. Please note, merchant fees will be recharged
- BPAY® - Payment can be made directly from your financial Institution. Please contact the AIOH Administration office for the Biller Code and a Customer Reference Number
Confirmation of Registration
Emailed confirmation will be sent to all conference delegates on receipt of registration and payment.
