EHG Workshop - The importance of soft skills in occupational hygiene.

As occupational hygienists, our work is grounded in science, data, and technical understanding — but effective communication is just as critical.

This workshop focuses on one of the most important soft skills for any hygienist: how to communicate health risks to non-hygienists in a clear and practical way. Whether it’s operators, supervisors or senior leaders, getting your message across can be the difference between action and confusion.

Led by Claire Di Corleto, EHG Committee member with extensive experience across a range of industries, this interactive session will cover:

• Common challenges when communicating technical information

• How to tailor messages for non-technical audiences

• Real-world examples and practical communication tools

This will be a hands-on, discussion-based workshop — bring your questions, a notebook, and an open mind!
