ASBESTOS 2026 Conference – FAMANZ
The Faculty of Asbestos Management of Australia and New Zealand (FAMANZ) and the Asbestos and Silica Safety Eradication Agency (ASSEA) are excited to announce that our ASBESTOS 2026 Conference is heading to Sydney, Australia.
The conference will take place at the stunning Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf, overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour. This iconic venue holds special significance, as its founder, Biaggio Signorelli, the visionary founder of the Doltone House Group, lost his life to Mesothelioma, an asbestos-related disease. Hosting the conference at Doltone House is a powerful tribute and underscores our shared commitment to raising awareness, supporting critical research, and driving meaningful progress in the prevention and management of asbestos-related diseases. This spectacular waterfront venue offers an inspiring setting for three days of learning, connection, and networking.
The 5th Scientific Conference will include an education day, a great line-up of international and local speakers, a series of concurrent streams, technical sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
Complimenting the conference will be the Exhibition Hall, featuring industry suppliers showcasing their latest products, services and solutions, providing new ideas and concepts to add to your knowledge bank. Use this opportunity to explore solutions to your challenges, discover new innovations and stay up to date with the latest advancements.
ASBESTOS 2026 Conference is for anyone in the asbestos management industry and will benefit those who are involved in asbestos management, remediation, risk management and who are from the front line through to developing regulatory policy.
ASBESTOS 2026: Awareness | Action | IMPACT is more than a conference — it’s a chance to be part of the change.
