Sampling Strategies for Methamphetamine and other ATS (amphetamine-type stimulants) - decisions regarding type of surfaces, vertical location within the structure, and whether to sample known “reservoirs” likely to indicate maximum values, such as charged surfaces or exhaust pathways. Does one sample for worst-case or typical exposure?
Sample Compositing Rationale and Use - When is it appropriate to composite, should the composites be field composites or laboratory composites, and how does one interpret composite sample results in a meaningful manner?
Choice of PPE for conducting ATS assessments - When conducting an ATS assessment within a structure, what is an appropriate level of PPE for the assessor? What are the criteria for upgrading or downgrading PPE?
