Dr. Yonatal Tefera (The University of Adelaide) will present findings from his recent research on evaluating real-time dust monitors in SA quarries.
A presentation on the study which aimed to evaluate the accuracy and utility of real-time dust monitoring technologies by comparing them to conventional and validated methods in both simulated and real-world quarry conditions. The results will clarify the capabilities and limitations of real-time dust monitoring technologies for hazard management purposes within a quarry context.
