The Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) is excited to launch the AIOH Young Leaders Academy (AYLA), a leadership development program designed to support and empower the next generation of leaders within the occupational hygiene profession.
AYLA will bring together emerging professionals for a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, expand professional networks, and gain insights from experienced industry leaders.

Participants will engage in interactive workshops, leadership development activities, networking opportunities, and discussions focused on the future of occupational hygiene and professional leadership.
Applications for the inaugural AYLA program will open soon. Places are limited and participants will be selected through an application process.
