Key Activities

  • Investigate ethical complaints against members in line with the Code of Ethics.
  • Recommend outcomes, including mentoring, training, suspension, or expulsion, where breaches are substantiated.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support for members on ethical matters.
  • Develop and maintain ethics policies, resources, and advisory tools.
  • Conduct education initiatives, such as workshops or webinars, to promote ethical awareness.
  • Access legal support for cases with potential legal implications.
  • Report anonymised outcomes to Council and the membership while respecting privacy.
  • Maintain secure reporting and case management processes
