The Research & Innovation Sub Committee connects AIOH members with the latest research and fosters innovation in occupational hygiene practice. It creates pathways for evidence to inform practice and for new ideas to be shared across the profession.


Purpose

The RI Sub Committee supports and promotes research that advances occupational hygiene and worker health. It identifies emerging trends, builds collaborations, and ensures scientific evidence is embedded in AIOH activities, including the Annual Conference.

Key Activities

  • Identify research priorities and opportunities aligned with AIOH’s Strategic Plan.
  • Support collaborations between researchers, practitioners, and industry partners.
  • Curate and oversee scientific content for the AIOH Annual Conference.
  • Promote innovation by highlighting new research, methods, and technologies to members.
