Measurement and control of psychosocial hazards remains one of the most challenging and often misunderstood areas of workplace health and safety. While many organisations are increasing their focus on psychosocial risk, questions persist around what should be measured, how to interpret the data, and what effective controls actually look like in practice.
In this webinar, organisational psychologist Jason van Schie will explore how to take a structured, risk-based approach to measuring psychosocial hazards and implementing controls that meaningfully reduce harm. Moving beyond surface-level metrics and compliance-driven activity, this session will unpack how to take the subjective experience of work, translate this into an understanding of risk, and apply the hierarchy of controls to reduce the potential for harm.
Attendees will gain practical insights into psychosocial hazard measurement, and applying data and systems-thinking to create safer, healthier work outcomes.
