Join this AIOH webinar to learn how to integrate the principles of occupational health and hygiene with organisational psychology to develop a safety system to prevent and manage psychosocial hazard exposure.

Specifically, attendees will explore practical examples of:

  • Applying an evidence-based hierarchy of control to mitigate exposure and prevent harm.
  • Collaborating across and within business units to embed exposure controls.
  • Developing systems that extend to contractors and subcontractors to improve industry performance.
  • Training and development strategies to educate and build the capability of leaders and teams; and
  • Leading and lagging metrics applied to measure control implementation and improved performance.
