We have reached an important milestone in our project to consider a transition of the AIOH to a Company Limited by Guarantee, and I am pleased to share the draft of our new Constitution for member review and feedback.
The Constitution will provide the governance framework for the AIOH under the proposed structure. This is an opportunity for you to read the draft, ask questions and help shape this next chapter for our Institute.
We also invite all members to join an online Town Hall meeting to discuss the project and the draft Constitution. Whether you have specific questions, suggestions or simply want to better understand the proposed transition, we would love you to take part.
