AIOH – COH Preparation Training 2022

Introduction

The objective of these sessions is to prepare potential candidates for the upcoming virtual exams before their assigned exam date.

Target Audience

  • All full members who have applied for COH and those who are considering applying
  • First-time COH examiners and those who require a refresher are encouraged to register

By the end of this course, you should:

  • Have an understanding of the COH examination process
  • Know what to expect on the exam day
  • Apply some of the tools and techniques to guide you to achieving the highest  professional level in the AIOH

 

Session outline (conducted over two modules)

Module 1 - Overview of the COH Process

( Self-paced pre-recorded session - 30mins) 

  • What does it mean to be a COH?
  • You have the prerequisites but are you ready?
  • The COH examination process & Objectives
  • An initial look at what to expect on the day
  • The panel composition and mechanics

 

Module 1 - will be located on the main page via the members centre or follow the link

 

Module 2 – LIVE - The Scenario Analysis (90mins)

Thursday 24th February 7pm AEST

  • Structure of the scenario
  • Learning to interpret a scenario
  • Identifying keywords
  • Preparing for the unknown – a systematic approach
  • Communicating your information accurately & succinctly
  • Practice scenarios

 

Please ensure you have viewed Module before attending Module 2
